Residential site
LS Civils were warded the contract for the groundworks and roads package to a new 39 house development site at Beck Row, Suffolk. Thew works comprised of site strip, demolition to existing farm buildings, construction of new roads and sewers, foundations and drainage systems and the construction of the new LV substation and pumping station.
The project was 76 weeks in total with the site having to adjust and work to new COVID-19 restrictions for much of the project. Handover was in September 2020 with all works being completed on time and to budget.
